1 Groups must consume a minimum of 30 room nights during an individual group booking to be eligible for this promotion. A “room night” is defined as a single night of room occupancy, regardless of the length of stay. Groups must be booked with a mutually signed contract by June 30, 2019, with all room nights consumed by December 31, 2019. Promotion is subject to availability at participating Cambria Hotels locations. To participate, inquire with a customer service representative at the relevant Cambria Hotels property about the “Cambria Perks 2019” promotion or mention this wording in the relevant field when booking online. Promotion does not apply to groups already contracted at a participating Cambria Hotels location. Promotion may not be combined with other offers or discounts. Percentage discount off master bill is calculated based on charges for room nights, catered food and beverage, and meeting room rentals (excluding taxes, gratuities, and fees) that appear on the master bill (i.e., the bill paid by the group meeting planner). Any other revenues associated with the contracted group and/or meeting and any charges assumed by individual guests, do not qualify for the master bill discount. Any Choice Privileges points earned by meeting planner will be based on the amount of the master bill after any percentage discount is applied.
